La Leche League Torpoint & Rame are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a new FREE course on Breastfeeding for all pregnant mums & their partners or birth partners. The course is lead by a fully qualified La Leche League Leader & breastfeeding counsellor. There will also be other breastfeeding mums on hand to share their experiences.
Discussions will include;

· R hythms & routines
· E stablishing & maintaining a good milk supply
· A ttaching a baby to the breast
· S leep-time
· T ips on overcoming problems
· F ather’s roles
· E njoying the freedom of breastfeeding
· E xpressing breastmilk
· D ealing with criticism
· I ntroducing solids
· N ursing through illness
· G oing back to work
Courses are held on Saturdays between 10.30-2.30 at 8 Tregoning Road, Torpoint, PL11 2NX. Please bring a packed lunch.
We are currently booking for the following dates; 21st February,
21st March, 18th April, 16th May, 25th July 2009. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
